If the router is damaged during shipping we will replace the product at no additional cost.
If the router has received blunt force trauma while in your possession, this is not covered by the warranty and you will need to purchase another router from us.

Yes, this may seem silly but simply turning the secure router off, then on again will fix most issues you may experience. Simply pull the power cable from the router, wait 5 seconds, and reinsert the power cable.
If you have all three lights solid and you have no connection, this means your router is in MESH mode. If you have not purchased the MESH feature, this means the device has accidently entered mesh mode. To return the Router to normal mode, simply press and hold the left front button on the router for more then 10 seconds. you will see the power light flash rapidly. Release the button when you see the light flash rapidly. Wait for the router to return to normal solid power and solid Wi-Fi light.
To fix 99% of all issues that you may experience, after attempting a simple “have you turned it off and on again”, you may attempt a “soft reset.” simply press and hold the left front button on the router for more then 10 seconds. you will see the power light flash rapidly. Release the button when you see the light flash rapidly. Wait for the router to return to normal solid power and solid Wi-Fi light.
