Follow these instructions below to connect up your New VPN Secure Router.

Follow these steps to connect up your new Secure VPN Router.
Plug the power cable into the power port of the router.
Connect your VPN Secure Router to your ISP Router.
Simply connect one end of the provided Ethernet cable to the WAN port (next to power input. See image above) on your Secure Router, and the other end, connect to any free LAN port on your ISP Router.
Connect your device to the Encrypted WiFi. You can use the default password found on the bottom of your VPN Secure Router. You May change your WiFi password at anytime using the VPN Secure Router App or by contacting us.
Your new VPN Secure Router is now ready to use. If you still require us to activate your device subscription, please contact us directly. Your Encrypted WiFi will not work without an active subscription.
Mesh is available on your Secure VPN Router if you have purchased the MESH package.
You need at least two MESH supported routers to establish a MESH network.
Please note that your MESH network will not work until it is activated by Mysecurerouter Support.
1) Power on Main Node
Connect your main node in the same way as guided in the “Get Started” section.
2) Power on Sub Nodes
Power on to all sub nodes without any ethernet cable connection.
3) Start Pairing Mode on Main Node.
Your MESH configuration is set up by your support department here at mysecurerouter. We fully advise you call us to guide you through the next steps to ensure perfect pairing and correct placement throughout your property to obtain the best network setup and signal.
If you have already discussed this with us, you may continue if you have downloaded and activated the Secure Router App.
Inside the secure router app, click MESH and then press “Start Pairing”. Here you will see the MAC addresses of your Sub Nodes if we have activated the service for you.
4) Start Pairing Mode on Sub Nodes
to start pairing mode on sub nodes; simply press and hold the MESH button on your sub nodes. (the right front button) for over 10 seconds until the power light flashes rapidly.
5) Establish Mesh Network
The mesh network starts working when Mesh LED Lights of all nodes are solid.
When you want to stop the mesh network, hold the Reset Button (Left Front Button) for more then 10 seconds until the power light flashes rapidly and release it. This will return your VPN Secure Router to normal function.
